These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text message notification program operated by Ryno Field Management Solutions ("RynoSuite," "we," "us," or "our") on behalf of service businesses that use the RynoSuite platform. These SMS Terms apply to any end customer who receives SMS/text messages sent through the RynoSuite platform.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages through the RynoSuite platform, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, please do not opt in or reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
RynoSuite is a field service management platform used by service businesses (such as HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and similar trades) to manage customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices. As part of the platform, RynoSuite sends automated SMS text messages to customers of these service businesses.
RynoSuite does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All messages are strictly operational and relate directly to services you have requested or are receiving from the service business that manages your account.
The types of messages you may receive through this program include:
End users may opt in to receive SMS notifications by entering their phone number and checking an optional consent box on the service request or scheduling form. The consent language clearly states that, "by checking the box, users agree to receive SMS notifications from RynoSuite regarding service requests, appointment reminders, technician arrivals, job updates, estimates, and invoices. The disclosure also includes message frequency information, opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance"), and links to the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply.
RynoSuite will not send SMS messages to any number without documented opt-in consent from the recipient. Consent records are maintained and can be provided upon request.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive messages at each stage of a service job — when an estimate is sent, when an appointment is scheduled, on the day of service, when the job is complete, and when an invoice is issued.
For a single service job, you might receive between 2 and 6 messages. If you have multiple active jobs, you may receive messages for each. You will not receive recurring messages unrelated to active service jobs.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan.
You can use the following keywords at any time by replying to any message from RynoSuite:

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from RynoSuite at any time using any of the following methods:
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in by replying START or providing new consent.

Every message includes the business name that is sending the notification, an opt-out instruction, and where applicable, a "Msg & data rates may apply" disclosure.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the transactional notifications described in these SMS Terms.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. No exceptions.

RynoSuite's messaging service is available on most US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless carrier directly.
If you are experiencing issues receiving messages, please contact us at support@rynosuite.com and we will investigate.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued receipt of SMS messages after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If we make changes that affect your opt-in status or the types of messages you receive, we will notify you via SMS or email prior to those changes taking effect.
